Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
You may not use Kagelot to create, upload or share:
- Sexual content involving minors, or any sexualised depiction of a child. We report it to the authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of a real person, including AI-generated "deepfakes".
- Deceptive impersonation: realistic images, video or voice of a real person saying or doing things they didn't, presented as real, or used to defraud, defame or harass, including fake news footage and fake endorsements.
- Voice cloning without consent: you may only clone your own voice or a voice you have written permission to use.
- Infringement: content that copies others' copyrighted works, trademarks or characters in a way you have no right to, or that you pass off as theirs. Don't use the name of a living artist or studio to sell work "in their style" as if it were theirs.
- Hate, harassment and violent extremism: content that promotes violence against or dehumanises people because of a protected trait, or supports terrorist organisations.
- Real-world harm: instructions for weapons, promotion of self-harm, or content that facilitates crime.
- Malware, spam or attacks: using the Service, its API or MCP to attack systems, send spam, or get around limits, billing or other users' access.
- Resale or abuse of the Service: sharing accounts or keys, reselling access, scraping, or automated bulk generation beyond your plan's fair use.
Model providers also have their own content rules; a generation they refuse may be refused by Kagelot too.
Enforcement
We may block a request, remove content, suspend or close an account, and report illegal content. Tell us about content that breaks this policy at support@kagelot.com. If you think we acted by mistake, reply to our notice and we'll review it.
Copyright complaints
Send the work, the location of the infringing content, your contact details and a statement that you're the owner or authorised to act for them, to support@kagelot.com. We'll remove infringing content and may close repeat infringers' accounts.
